This is a FREE monthly Intro to Yoga session held on the first Saturday of each month at our studio. A perfect starting point for those new to yoga or anyone looking to refresh their foundational skills. This class is designed to introduce you to the basics of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment.
This class is our signature mixture of Pilates and Yoga. You will get a workout that increases core strength and improves posture, while increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness. The mat Pilates exercises strengths core abdominal muscles, which support the spine and assist in good posture.
Yoga sculpt incorporates hand weights, ankle weights, cardio bursts and signature yoga postures. The fast-paced nature of yoga sculpt elevates the heart rate, improving cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and range of motion.
